South Coast Family Portrait Photographer. Relaxed and natural images of Lauren & Daniel with their beautiful new baby Indiana. It was a real pleasure for me to spend time capturing special moments with these lovely people.

Capturing a family at play is one of my favourite photoshoots. Recording life long moments between parent and child. The results are always stunning photographs and happy clients. In this photoshoot, I’ve chosen an angelic look and feel to my photographs. Having the South coastal a backdrop always delivers a beautiful result for my clients.

I won’t say photography is my life, ‘cause there are other things too. My wonderful family and friends, good food, travel, kayaking, and all the adventures of living where we do. However, you could say I’m rarely without a camera!

Taking photos for almost as long as I can remember. When the world went digital it accelerated the obsession and revealed an opportunity to create a life based around my camera.

Over time fads come and go, and my way is not to follow the crowd but to stick to what has got me to where I am, and that is by producing unique, natural and honest images that will look as great in years to come as they do when you first see them.

I’ve been taking pictures of people doing important things, like getting together, getting married and having families for well over ten years, and I still get a kick out of the privilege. The privilege is to be given the task of documenting the momentous and everyday events in people’s lives.

The best South Coast Family Portrait Photographers love working in and near the South Coast. It is a blessing that I live where I do.

And Isla makes 4! After I photographed Carly & Shaun’s wedding a few years back it was a pleasure to be asked to do the photos prior to, and then with the gorgeous baby Maci. I was honoured again to be asked to photograph this growing family recently after beautiful Isla May was born. Dawn Service at Kiama Lighthouse

A massive crowd turned out on a perfect Aussie morning for the Anzac Day dawn service held at the Kiama Lighthouse right next to The Kiama Blowhole. It was very moving to be among 1000’s of those gathered to witness the service, and a great privilege to be asked to record it in images.

The Grey Family – Portraits on Saddleback Mountain

The Pines Kiama’s Kel & Mahlah Grey travelled a little further up Saddleback for their portrait session, along with their delightful little girl Tabitha and Charlie the wonderdog. We spent a lovely afternoon exploring the property’s creeks, waterfalls and forests – and along the way I captured them just being together – and enjoying the moment..

Steve & Melissa’s classic wedding in Kiama

Having travelled the world together, Steve & Mel knew there was no better place than Kiama to tie the knot. I was also happy to take them up to a secret location on Saddleback Mountain for some portraits after their ceremony in Kiama. The intrepid Mel in her wedding dress, and Steve (also quite intrepid) trekked down to the waterfall, back along the creek and up through the forest. Not even the leeches could put a dampener on things as they then headed to the Sebel Kiama for the reception..
