The two most valuable investments you make for your wedding day are the person you are marrying and the photographer you chose. Pete doesn’t just take photos, he has almost a superpower to capture moments in their fullest, freezing these perfect moments in time. On the day it felt like another family member or friend there with us. He went beyond the call of duty and his every photo still takes my breath away.

Photographing the Land of the Northern Lights, Iceland

What got me into photography was travelling the world for 2 years when I was younger. It sparked a passion, although for a time – as it tends to – family life took precedence.
It turned out to be many a year between overseas travel adventures and by the time I was ready and able to go somewhere just for myself I chose Iceland because I knew it would be different to anything I’d seen or experienced before.
It was also the ideal location for me to get way out there with my camera, test my skills, learn some new ones, meet some new friends, and be inspired…
Even knowing this, Iceland far exceeded my expectations, and I was truly blown away at every turn by the sheer and awesome natural beauty of this small yet extraordinary island.
…now, if someone can please book me to shoot their wedding in Iceland sometime soon so I can go back..! Pete 🙂
