Peter’s photographic style was a perfect fit for us – natural and effortlessly artistic. In retrospect, what I most appreciated was his relaxed personality on the day. Most brides don’t consider how much time they will spend with the photographer, and I highly recommend Peter because of that.
- Susanna & Rowan, LeuraI love getting out and photographing different subjects so when I got the chance to go out with Scott on his lobster boat I jumped at the chance. Notwithstanding a bout of unexpected sea-sickness on the way back (diesel fumes & rolling seas mixed with rotten lobster bait – not a good mix…), I had a whale of a time watching the lads go about their work, and capturing another slice of life. From the super early start out of Husky wharf and the golden morning light, to the seals who somehow raid many of the traps (which does not please the skipper at all), the Albatross and other sea-birds, the very cool crabs & other by-catch critters, of course the lobsters, and simply being out there on the rolling sea – it was definitely well worth it..
