The two most valuable investments you make for your wedding day are the person you are marrying and the photographer you chose. Pete doesn’t just take photos, he has almost a superpower to capture moments in their fullest, freezing these perfect moments in time. On the day it felt like another family member or friend there with us. He went beyond the call of duty and his every photo still takes my breath away.
- Renee & Adam, Kangaroo ValleyOn a sunny Saturday morning in November I packed up my van and headed down the Hume to shoot a wedding in our nations capital. I met Sarah & Peter on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin for their location portraits prior to their ceremony at the old Parliament House Rose Gardens, which is a magic spot to get married. Afterwards we headed to Redbrow Gardens, Murrumbateman for a wonderfully relaxed reception, complete with big campfire, a gorgeous little lake, fairy lights and magnificent food & wine…after the formalities I left everyone to party the night away, retiring to my camp for the night. The next (freezing!) morning I awoke to the idyllic scene of a mother & her baby ducks swimming atop the lakes morning mist..
